Chidinma Ekile Releases Third Gospel Album. An award-winning gospel singer, Chidinma Ekile has officially released her third gospel album, titled The Road Best Travelled, along with a new single, “Jesus”, under the label of EeZee Conceptz Global.
The 9-track album that blends contemporary gospel sounds with Afrocentric influences showcases Chidinma’s signature style. Listening to the lead single, “Jesus”, shows a heartfelt declaration of worship, surrender, and devotion to God.

It will be recalled that Chidinma transitioned from secular to gospel music in 2021. Since then Chidinma has remained committed to using her voice to inspire and uplift people through spirit-filled songs.
As her first gospel album released, Chidinma’s debut extended play (EP), New Season, was released on 20 August 2021. The EP was produced by Eezee Tee and comprises seven tracks, including a bonus track performed entirely in French, and her sophomore album, Psalm 16, second release, established her presence in the gospel music scene.
With this latest release, The Road Best Travelled, she has deepened her musical and spiritual journey, focusing on themes of divine direction, unwavering faith, and God’s grace.
One of the highlights of this album is its diverse musical approach, combining worship ballads, contemporary gospel, and Afro-gospel influences. The carefully curated songs take listeners on a spiritual journey, offering messages of faith, gratitude, and encouragement.

Chidinma first rose to fame after winning Project Fame West Africa in 2010. She quickly became a household name with hit songs like “Kedike” and “Emi Ni Baller”, making waves in the Nigerian music industry. However, in 2021, she made a bold and life-changing decision to step away from secular music and dedicate her talent to gospel music.
Her transformation was marked by deep spiritual conviction, which led her to sign with a gospel music label, EeZee Conceptz Global, known for nurturing top gospel artists like Mercy Chinwo, Judikay, and GUC.
